The RoleWe are seeking an Assistant Manager - CRM Marketing to join our Local Marketing team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the local marketing CRM strategy to increase engagement and overall value to both customers and Deliveroo. You will work closely with the Commercial team to support day-to-day marketing communications through CRM, including offers on Deliveroo and numerous marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with the Global CRM team to incorporate global initiatives and ensure a consistent customer experience across all CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the local marketing CRM strategy to drive engagement and value
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to strategize and plan campaigns with CRM content
- Develop effective content and test-and-learn plans to optimize Owned Channel performance
- Support data targeting, segmentation, and analysis to effectively target customers with personalized content
- Conduct post-campaign reporting and analysis to inform future strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- 3-5 years of experience in directly managing CRM, preferably with Braze
- Intermediate to advanced-level understanding of HTML and CSS
- Strong technical skills in data management, segmentation, and automation
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strategic and creative thinker passionate about marketing communications
