About the Role

OASIS Group, a leading information management provider in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to support its market growth aspirations. As a key member of the Pricing & Sales Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining accurate cost models and pricing strategies for OASIS products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cost models for OASIS products and solutions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with deal pursuit teams to establish price requirements and develop compelling commercial proposals.
  • Manage bid proposals, creating pricing responses that meet client requirements.
  • Build key deal P&Ls and cashflow statements to support the deal approvals process.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor price points and commercial propositions, enabling OASIS to anticipate and respond effectively.
  • Continuously review and improve pricing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and the Commercial team to develop and implement pricing tools and strategies.
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in building cost base and pricing models or similar business cases.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and cashflow models, with a finance qualification an advantage.
  • Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities, and present analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Independent thinker with a proactive approach to workload planning and prioritization.
