We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Educator to join our team at Global People Talent Solutions in Macclesfield. As an expert in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, you will inspire the next generation of automotive professionals through hands-on teaching and mentorship.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students across various programs, including apprenticeships. You will utilize engaging teaching methods and digital tools to create immersive learning experiences.

Apart from excellent communication skills and industry experience, we require candidates with a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or willingness to attain one. Additionally, willingness to obtain teaching qualifications, Level 2 English, Maths, and ITQ qualifications, and Assessor and Verifier Awards is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective teaching, learning, and assessment to all learners across various study programs and apprenticeships within the Motor Vehicle Technology department.
  • Utilize diverse teaching methods and digital tools to create interactive sessions that cater to different learning styles.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards in workshops.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and safeguarding of learners.
