Job Title: Associate Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Purchases: Assist clients with the sale and purchase of commercial properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Joint Ventures: Advise clients on joint venture agreements and partnerships, including negotiating and drafting contracts.
  • Site Sales and Acquisitions: Represent clients in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties, including negotiating and drafting contracts.
  • Promotion and Collaboration Agreements: Assist clients with the drafting and review of promotion and collaboration agreements.
  • Managing Property Portfolios: Provide advice and guidance to clients on the management of their commercial property portfolios.
  • Sales and Disposal of Plots: Assist clients with the sale and disposal of commercial plots, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Buying or Selling Company Premises: Represent clients in the purchase or sale of company premises, including negotiating and drafting contracts.
  • Commercial Leases for Landlord and/or Tenant: Advise clients on commercial leases, including drafting and reviewing agreements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor: You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial property and real estate.
  • Strong Technical Ability: You must have strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Caseload Management: You must be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive Approach: You must be able to take a proactive approach and meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Team Player: You must be able to work well as part of a team but also be comfortable working on your own initiative.
  • Desire to Progress: You must have a desire to develop and progress in a reputable department.
