The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a new project involving the conversion of commercial to residential units. The project will comprise of 27 residential units and will last approximately one and a half years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all internal contractors from the pre-construction phase to completion and handover.
- Ensure compliance with building control regulations.
- Conduct QA checks at every stage of the work.
- Organize regular contractors' meetings and toolbox talks.
- Oversee health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
