Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Personal Choice Financial Advisors, LLC. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our financial data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a financial control role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
