Furniture Installation Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Furniture Installation Supervisor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and installation of furniture to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Planning: Schedule and plan daily furniture installations, organize resources, and verify that all furniture and peripheral parts are in stock and in good condition.
  • Customer Installations: Meet customer requirements for date and time, address location, access, and security needs, and follow installation instructions.
  • Collections: Adhere to date and time requirements and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Daily Unloading: Fully unload the van upon returning to the warehouse and clearly identify unloaded items with appropriate paperwork.
  • Paperwork Completion: Update delivery notes manually, ensure delivery notes are fully detailed, and document unauthorized collections.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture installation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
