Job Title: Teacher Leader

Austin Fraser Inspires MAT invites applications from enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to fill the role of Full-Time Year 3 Teacher on a long-term fixed contract. This position covers the absence of the substantive postholder on maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to meet the needs of all students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school environment.
Requirements:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current practice and national curriculum and assessment expectations.
  • Highly motivated and committed to high standards of learning, teaching, and behavior.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate and ability to satisfy safeguarding requirements.
