Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential Lettings team at Peter Alan. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and develop into a skilled Lettings Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for residential properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lettings through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
