Kroll Bond Rating Agency UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Affairs Counsel to join its Legal Department in London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work closely with the other members of the Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise KBRA employees on regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Department on discrete and ongoing matters before KBRA's regulators.
- Gain familiarity with data privacy laws of jurisdictions in which KBRA operates.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor or barrister admitted to the roll of solicitors in England or authorized to practice as a barrister in England.A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.Possess a strong background in regulatory affairs and governmental affairs experience is helpful.Excellent research, analysis, and organizational skills with particular focus on attention to detail.About Us:
