At Direct Line Group, we're seeking a skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation, validation, and submission of all regulatory reporting. This includes Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR), Quarterly Reporting Templates (QRTs), and other regulatory reports like Pricing Practices and Value Measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory reporting within the insurance or financial services sector, with a focus on SFCR, QRTs, RSR, and other Solvency II reports. They should be able to manage projects and teams, demonstrating strong leadership and organisational skills. Additionally, they must have proficiency in regulatory reporting software and advanced Excel skills.

This role is based in one of our main offices (e.g. Leeds or London) and requires an expectation to be office-based c.2 days per week. In return, you'll enjoy a flexible and generous annual leave policy, 9% employer contribution into your pension, and an annual bonus of up to 20%- dependent on personal and company performance.
