About the Role:

This role is based in a Production environment at our Capability Green site, working within a small team of Technicians within Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT). As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing production and customer owned hardware, fault-finding and diagnosis of faults to board level, basic assembly of hardware plus programming of modules using a variety of Acceptance Test Equipment and software packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test production and customer owned hardware
  • Fault-find and diagnose faults to board level
  • Perform basic assembly of hardware
  • Program modules using Acceptance Test Equipment and software packages

Requirements:

You will learn on the job Core Technician skills, problem solving and continuous improvement. Due to the nature of work performed within this area, the majority of work performed will be within a screened laboratory environment.
