Job Title: Project Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Project Surveyor. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess project tenders and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in both estimating and quantity surveying roles
  • Experience within groundworks, civil engineering or demolition is desirable
  • HND, degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
