We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Project Surveyor. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess project tenders and negotiate contracts
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and financial success
- Identify and mitigate cost-related risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Proven experience in both estimating and quantity surveying roles
- Experience within groundworks, civil engineering or demolition is desirable
