Litigation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. Based from home, you will provide high-quality legal services to clients across the UK.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their specific needs in dispute resolution and litigation. This will involve providing proactive legal advice, delivering cost-efficient services, and enhancing the firm's reputation within the community.

You will have experience in insolvency litigation, preferably acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors. You will also be expected to maintain regular billing of client files, undertake advocacy at all interlocutory stages when cost-effective, and specialize in particular areas of law or processes as required by the Department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. A blended working schedule will allow you to arrange your days to benefit your commitments, both in and out of the office.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, contributory pension, and professional membership fees reimbursement.
