About the Company:
Fella and Jones is excited to partner with a high growth Premium Womenswear Brand in search of a Paid Advertising Specialist to lead and optimize their digital marketing strategies.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads and SEO strategies. They will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and content teams to deliver impactful, results-focused campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and other performance KPIs.
- SEO Enhancement: Enhance rankings, traffic, and visibility for key product categories and markets, focusing on free Shopping listings.
- Keyword Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and gap analysis for maximum product and landing page coverage.
- Creative Partnership: Partner with graphic design and brand teams to ensure creative assets align with brand standards and drive results.
- Audience Development: Develop and refine audience segments, implementing retargeting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to evaluate performance, generate actionable insights, and make real-time optimisations.
- Testing & Improvement: Continuously test and improve campaign elements such as ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage and report on campaign budgets, providing performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of Google advertising policies, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
A minimum 3 years' experience in Paid Search & SEO, with a proven track record in managing budgets and meeting performance goals is required. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and tools like SEMrush is necessary. Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions based on campaign data are essential. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across creative, content, and analytics teams are also necessary. A background in fashion, retail, or eCommerce industries, with familiarity in Shopify, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms is preferred.
