This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage waste reduction initiatives, and optimize kitchen efficiency
- Implement cost-saving measures and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and promotions
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a high-volume restaurant environment. We offer a competitive salary package up to £50,000 (inc Tronc & Bonus), a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career advancement.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum + bonus
