About the Role

This role offers a chance for a highly motivated and experienced chef to lead a team in preparing and serving delicious breakfasts and other menu items. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs to achieve outstanding results in terms of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and quality food.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
