Senior Social & Healthcare Solicitor Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to advise on healthcare-related matters, working closely with our clients in the public and private sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a good balance of healthcare experience gained within a regulator, provider, or private practice. They will be able to provide expert advice on matters such as Inquests, COP, mental health, public law, patient safety, and healthcare regulation.

This is an excellent opportunity for career progression within a supportive and friendly environment. The salary is up to £82,000, with bonus and flexible benefits available.

Our hybrid working model allows for flexible hours and remote work options, including the possibility of working from home 3-4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on healthcare-related matters, including Inquests, COP, mental health, public law, patient safety, and healthcare regulation.
  • Work closely with clients in the public and private sectors.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex healthcare issues.

Requirements:

  • Good balance of healthcare experience gained within a regulator, provider, or private practice.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
