Programme Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Director to lead a portfolio of integration and transformation technology programmes. Reporting to the IS&D Transformation Lead, you will manage key aspects of programme delivery, including capacity, cost, risks, and resourcing to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multi-year transformation programmes in Infrastructure, Operations, Enterprise Systems, and Data.
  • Align programme scope, budget, and schedule with business stakeholders.
  • Lead a high-performing team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and expertise.
  • Maintain oversight of programme performance, budgets, and risks.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in leading technical change in post-merger IS environments.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional technology teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP).
