We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Mid Cornwall. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Matched to clients to provide bespoke support and enable them to live independently.
- Minimum 1-hour visits to provide quality care and support without feeling rushed.
- World-class training and development opportunities to build on your skills and progress.
- Foster a collaborative and friendly work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
- Travel allowance for gaps between visits and mileage at 45p over 10 miles a day.
- Guaranteed contracts, sick pay, holiday pay, and pension contributions with NEST.
