Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager to be responsible for delivering the construction phase of projects, meeting safety, quality, programme, and cost objectives.

Salary Package

The salary package includes £44,990 - £68,000, depending on your suitability and level of experience, along with a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate construction work in line with the project delivery strategy.
  • Provide technical construction expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the construction management standards, procedures, and work instructions governing construction are followed.
  • Responsible for task management, meeting professional standards, performance, and integrity of the work, and reporting information necessary to support the project and business objectives.
Requirements
  • A suitable amount of experience in operating in the build environment, with a proven track record in successfully planning, managing, and monitoring construction work.
  • An industry standard construction/build environment qualification, such as NVQ Level 6, ONC, HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of awareness and understanding in construction environment, safety, and health regulations and legislation.
  • Hold a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), or National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Construction accreditation, or a suitable equivalent.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
