AV Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Prospero Integrated is seeking a skilled AV Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support to Service Contract customers at our headquarters. You will work closely with the After Sales Coordinator to ensure timely completion of service visits, maintenance, and breakdown repairs. Your expertise will be essential in managing offsite repairs and revisits within the limits of the Service Level Agreement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance visits in line with the Service Contracts level agreement, including administration of asset registers and updating records following each preventative maintenance visit.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Aftersales Coordinator and junior engineers, demonstrating responsibility to the division as a whole.
  • Perform all service visits as required, adhering to agreed response times and completing Service Reports in a timely manner.
  • Conduct necessary repair works on-site, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an AV Field Service Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audio visual equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
