We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operating theatres, working closely with our Consultant-led teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

  • Assist in scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopaedics, general surgery, and gynaecology.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential perioperative risks and developing appropriate care plans.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre workflows.

Requirements

  • Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a surgical or theatre setting, with a strong background in orthopaedics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-focused approach.
