Job Opportunity at The Stephen James Partnership:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our highly regarded Family team, working closely with Partners and Associates to gain valuable experience in case management, witness interviews, and preparation of legal documents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with:
- Case Management: Collaborating with fee earners to manage cases from start to finish.
- Court Preparation: Preparing electronic and paper court bundles and papers for counsel.
- Witness Interviews: Assisting with witness interviews and preparing relevant documentation.
- Hearings and Meetings: Supporting the team in preparation for hearings and meetings.
- Administrative Tasks: Drafting attendance notes and reports as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience within a similar team handling family matters.
- Strong Academics: A Law degree (LLB or GDL) with a 2.1 or above, and preferably an LPC qualification.
Salary Details: We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
