Senior Engineering Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our team in Daventry. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for carrying out essential maintenance and servicing of hydraulic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough inspections of equipment and complete relevant job cards accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose technical problems and repair or replace spare parts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the workshop.
Requirements
- Possess an Engineering, Technical or Mechanical background and/or work experience.
- Holding a valid driving license is desirable.
Benefits
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience.
- Non-contractual discretionary profit-related bonus scheme payable up to 5% of salary twice a year after completion of probation period.
