Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bodmin

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Full Training + Flexible Working Hours

We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance engineer with experience working in an FMCG environment to join our team as a trainer. As a trainer, you will work with apprentices who are gaining BTEC qualifications and completing their apprenticeships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer to transition into a trainer role and make a real difference in the lives of our apprentices. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with the next generation of maintenance engineers.

The Role
  1. Trainer based role with full training provided.
  2. Working with apprentices who are working towards BTEC qualifications.
  3. Instructing electrical and mechanical maintenance principles.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Has a multi-skilled maintenance engineering background.
  2. Has worked in an FMCG environment.
  3. Wants to move into a trainer role.
