About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing large and complex projects from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from design interface to mechanical completion and turnover to commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and relevant industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • 15-20 years' experience in construction management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex projects from design to completion
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and relevant industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
