About the Role

  • Provide a lead role in an integrated project design team with other construction professionals, acting in a professional, personable and competent manner.
  • Actively promote all services offered by Hoare Lea to assist clients' projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, delivering net zero carbon on existing buildings.
  • Deal successfully with clients and other professionals, advising and assisting them on their journey to improved building performance.
  • Offer advice on building system optimisation and energy consumption.
  • Attend site to problem solve both engineering and procedural problems.
  • Develop effective relationships, monitoring project expenditure and reporting to team leaders.
  • Ensure quality standards and technical accuracy are delivered.
  • Identify and highlight risks to the business, actively sharing technical knowledge across the firm.
