About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a like-minded individual to join our close-knit group, who put pet care at the centre of everything they do. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing all standard vet responsibilities, including surgery and consults.

We offer a flexible rota pattern to suit your needs, with no weekends or out-of-hours shifts required. This is a full or part-time position, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

About the Practice

Vetisco is a busy, small animal practice nestled in the heart of Blackwood. Our modern practice boasts 4 spacious consult rooms, a state-of-the-art cattery, separate cat and dog kennels, waiting areas, theatre, and prep room. Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, including x-ray, dental x-ray, dental machine, ultrasound, and idexx lab equipment.

Our Team

You will be joining a talented team made up of experienced professionals, including our Head Vet, Vets, RVNs, SVN, and receptionists. We offer a competitive salary package, which includes:

  • Salary: £75,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Welcome Bonus: up to £10,000
  • Relocation Allowance: up to £8,000
  • Annual Leave: 6.6 weeks, inclusive of bank holidays, plus additional holiday entitlement for your birthday
