Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional supply chain team, including inventory, production planning, and logistics planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a cross-functional supply chain team to ensure efficient inventory management and production planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the UK food industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
