Nursery Team Leader

We are proud to be working with Nurse Seekers Nursery, a top-quality setting based near Catford, London. As a qualified and experienced Early Years Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our children have the very best start in life.
Job Description:- You will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, applying your knowledge and best practice to meet statutory and legal requirements.
- As a team leader, you will manage a team of staff, promoting high standards and adherence to nursery policies and procedures.
- You will act as a keyworker for a group of children, meeting their individual needs and prioritizing safeguarding.
- You will maintain a safe and protective environment for all children in the setting.
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification as defined by the Department of Education.
- Previous experience working with babies/under 2s.
- A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities.
- $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, free lunches, and an Employee Wellbeing Counselling Service.
- A bonus scheme of 5% of annual salary for performance-related objectives and a £500 bonus for achieving an OUTSTANDING Ofsted rating.
