">We are seeking an experienced VIP Operations Manager to play a key role in our VIP operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the invitations process, maintaining our CRM database, and overseeing a team of temporary inbox staff.
">Main Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate data integrity and manage our CRM database, Sugar.">
- Collaborate with our Data and Digital Teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to deadlines.">
- Manage a team of temporary VIP inbox staff and oversee their schedules, contracts, and budgets.">
- Liaise closely with our VIP Consultants to provide necessary information prior to each fair.">
- Process invoices and fees in a timely manner.">
Your Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management and operational roles within the arts sector.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.">
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, and analytical skills.">
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.">
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends as required.">
About the Salary
">We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
