Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ETO Plant Director to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency in our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performance teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize processes and improve plant performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Manage risks and opportunities to drive business growth and profitability
  • Represent Schneider Electric in local official authorities and associations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in plant or operations management within the manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of UK manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement strategic plans to drive plant performance and achieve operational goals
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
