We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Domestic Services Department as a Domestic Assistant at Three Towns Medical Centre in Stevenston. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the Domestic Services team to achieve our core purpose of providing a caring, safe, and respectful culture.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, working effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, responding to changing priorities and workload demands within the North Sector premises.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience working with industrial cleaning equipment or in a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health areas.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in a healthcare environment.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
