Job Title: Financial Transactions Specialist

Overview:
M247 Ltd is a leading provider of telecommunications services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Billing and Credit Control team.

Compensation: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to assist with day-to-day functions, resolve customer queries, and build relationships with our customers. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and providing timely solutions to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
• Manage financial transactions, process invoices, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently, providing effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a financial administrator, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers, and maintain confidentiality when required.
