Project Manager

Thames Water is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and mitigated.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Ensure effective handover of projects to operational teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the utilities or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage budgets.
