We offer a competitive salary range of £25,500 - £35,235 per annum, depending on experience, as well as various benefits including flexibility on hours during school holidays, option to work from home, and a pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, CIPD Level 5 qualification, and a full driving license enabling them to travel to all schools within the Trust.
