Position: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Business

Salary: £28K - £55K/year (Based on experience and qualifications)

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday (9 am - 5 pm or 12 pm - 8 pm)

Job Description:

Elizabeth School of London Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Lecturer to contribute to the delivery of business programs with renowned university partners. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of higher education innovation, shaping the next generation of business professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of programs within a Higher Education setting, particularly Foundation year in Business and Marketing.
  • Provide academic support to students, enabling them to achieve their goals and progress to positive destinations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of courses, coordinating effectively with staff and students.
  • Develop module materials and assessments in line with the Learning Outcomes and syllabuses of modules.
  • Deploy assessments appropriately and provide timely formative feedback to students.
  • Support students with summative feedback and ensure all expectations of the Programme Specification are met.
  • Produce module/unit reports and contribute to the Business School's Research Department.
  • Communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.

Competencies and Expertise:

The successful applicant must demonstrate competence and experience in statistics, ICT, accounting, finance, law, and economics.

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area.
  • Teaching qualifications: PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, or FHEA, etc.
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses at HEI level.
  • Work in line with Blackboard / VLEs, MS Teams / Zoom.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working in the industry of your subject.
