Stairlift Engineer Role Overview

Job Summary>

We are seeking a highly skilled Stairlift Engineer to join our team at Stannah, a leading manufacturer and engineering company in the lift industry. As a Stairlift Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on various types of stairlifts within domestic dwellings, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities>

  • Conduct maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on stairlifts
  • Ensure high-quality service and safety standards
  • Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards
  • Participate in our on-call rota, receiving additional standby allowance and call-out payment

Requirements>

  • Proven experience as an Engineer, ideally within the lift industry
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • NVQ level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent preferred
