Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System and Reporting Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and delivering high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business cases to reduce costs and improve customer experience
  • Analyze current reporting streams and develop new reporting streams to better cascade information and reduce multiple entries of the same data
  • Prioritize workload to push initiatives based on customer feedback and demands
  • Demonstrate customer-focused objectives to improve cost and service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and the Six Sigma process

Requirements

  • Experience in computer sciences and Six Sigma is desirable
  • Ability to gather data and present in transparent ways which can be understood from a junior to a senior level
  • Experience using JDA WMS at a frontend user level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in fast-paced operations
