Property Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for managing queries from clients and staff.
  • Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance.
  • Liaise with trades people and keep customers informed.
  • Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works.
  • Liaise with landlords following regular property visits.
  • Assist customers with general tenancy queries.
  • Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
  • Deal promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
  • Provide a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
  • Ensure personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and confident communication.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Good analytical ability.
