Property Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for managing queries from clients and staff.
- Coordinate urgent and routine repairs and maintenance.
- Liaise with trades people and keep customers informed.
- Organise safety inspections and manage remedial works.
- Liaise with landlords following regular property visits.
- Assist customers with general tenancy queries.
- Carry out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers.
- Deal promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
- Provide a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
- Ensure personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained, and KPIs achieved.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and confident communication.
- Good team player.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
