Industrial Joiner

We are seeking an experienced Welding Specialist to join our team at Universal Business Team in Mildenhall, Suffolk. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting various welding tasks to construct and repair tank components and assemblies.

• Conduct MIG welding and other techniques to produce high-quality products.
• Operate welding equipment and tools efficiently and safely to minimize downtime.
• Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints and structures to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform grinding, cutting, and other metal fabrication tasks as needed.
• Read and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately complete projects.

• Proven experience as a Welder in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
