About the Role

Squarcle is a boutique supply chain and operations consultancy that helps clients achieve their performance ambition through the design and execution of supply chains and operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team of subject matter experts in P3M and Business Analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients operating in a fast-moving global environment. This will involve working closely with senior clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry trends, and developing solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to engagement success by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Collect and analyse industry and market data to support business decisions
  • Document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Support senior analysts and project managers in various project lifecycle activities
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood
  • Implement business solutions and provide feedback to ensure that they meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain reports to track project progress and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject (e.g. Business Analytics, Business Management, Business Information Systems or Computer Science) or equivalent experience in a related role
  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst
  • Well-developed core consulting skills (e.g. research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and client/customer service
  • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and produce effective outputs/results
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic with an ability to be self-directed and an independent contributor to the team
  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
