We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sandwell Borough. As a key member of our Therapy Team, you will be responsible for carrying out assessments and providing equipment and adaptations to vulnerable adults.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments for vulnerable adults in the borough.
- Assess and provide equipment and adaptations to meet the needs of service users.
- Work closely with social work colleagues and other agencies to provide a comprehensive service.
- Provide a flexible service that meets the needs of service users within budgetary constraints.
- Demonstrate and observe the use of equipment, adaptations, and assisted technology.
- Flexible working hours: Our team works standard business hours, Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 17:30 and Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
- Clinical supervision and support to undertake this role.
- Induction and training for staff who are not familiar with MS Teams or internal client recording systems.
- Enhanced Barring Check for Adults.
- BSC or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
