About the Role

Plumpton College is seeking a skilled and organised individual to join our Curriculum Team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will provide general administrative support to our Curriculum Teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Curriculum Teams, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of educational events and activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative issues and improve processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
