Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver the production needs of the section, including menu planning and inventory control

* Lead by example and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality

* Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a senior chef in a similar environment

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
