Job Summary:

Unity Personnel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our food production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and processing of food products
  • Quality checking products
  • Feeding machines with raw products for slicing
  • Working as part of a team to maintain a positive and productive working environment
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ensuring production targets are met and reporting any shortfalls
  • Adhering to all company rules and policies
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and hygiene practices to ensure product safety

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar production environment
  • Reliable attendance and timekeeping record
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to targets and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
