About the Role

The Fitness and Pool Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by designing and leading individual and group exercise programs, teaching clients proper exercise techniques, and upholding rigorous health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead individual and group exercise programs tailored to different fitness levels and objectives
  • Provide exceptional levels of service by engaging with guests and addressing their fitness-related questions
  • Teach clients proper exercise techniques and use of fitness equipment
  • Uphold rigorous health and safety standards by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of various fitness techniques, wellness trends, and health and safety regulations is essential. First aid and pool safety certification is desirable.
