Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location-specific factors.

Job Description

As a Games Art Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. Your primary focus will be on teaching across our project-driven UAL Level 3 Diploma & Extended Diploma provision. You will have ownership of your own program, working closely with our Curriculum Manager to develop and refine our Games Art Production courses, ensuring they stay current and cutting-edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* A degree in Games Art or an Art and Design-related subject
* Relevant teaching experience in a Further or Higher Education environment
* Contemporary experience of working as a games designer, concept artist, and/or character designer
* Proficiency in industry-standard software, including project management software, Maya, Unreal Engine, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
* A creative or technical portfolio of work demonstrating practical experience in generating Games and/or Interactive Media-related content
