Job Title: Business Cash Flow Specialist

 

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of cash within our client's operations. As a seasoned expert in credit management and cash collection, your primary objective will be to identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the company's financial stability.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyse receivables to identify areas for improvement, thereby enhancing overall cash flow efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage customer credit limits, levels of security or surety, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and resolve any queries related to credit and cash collection.
  • Achieve or exceed critical cash flow targets by providing efficient cash collection services and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you must possess:

  • A proven track record in credit management and cash collection within regulated industries.
  • Expertise in using SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules to drive business process efficiency.
  • An excellent understanding of different credit collaterals, including parent guarantees and performance bonds.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A degree-level education or relevant professional qualification.

 

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
